Retirement Accounts - Name the Cody Recreation Foundation as a beneficiary. If you are over the age of 70 1/2, a direct transfer to the foundation can help avoid paying taxes incurred by taking a distribution and then making a donation
Life Insurance Policy - Consider designating the foundation as a beneficiary.
